What to look forward to in 2015 from CMaps Analytics

2014 was a big year for analytics. Specifically for our customers, we were thrilled to see exciting stories how business and IT stakeholders are driving data driven decision making with Location Intelligence, including CMaps Analytics. We are excited to bring some of those stories to you in early 2015.

SAP Dashboards Success

SAP Dashboards (formerly Xcelsius) has been an amazing ride for the last 7 years and will continue to be an area of development for our continuously growing CMaps Plugin customer base. In 2014, we released 8 hot fixes and 2 minor releases, so we will continue into 2015 with the same level of attention to our existing customers’ needs.

Building on Location Intelligence Success with CMaps Analytics Designer

Using all of the lessons learned and feedback from over 10,000 downloads for SAP Dashboards and 20,000 mobile app downloads, we solidified our future CMaps Analytics Strategy in 2013. Our vision was delivered to market this year with CMaps Analytics Designerour ultimate vision for how to deliver one consistent and simple mapping solution across the enterprise. 

From SAP Extensions to the Cloud

SAP Dashboards was our original hub for map design and still remains our flagship integration for SAP. Our new CMaps Analytics Designer is generating new waves of CMaps Analytics customers and partners that can benefit from our Business Intelligence focus and expertise. As we focus our energies on innovation, simplification, and expansion, our existing customers and partners will be first to reap the benefits as we push monthly product updates into the market through 2015.

From HTML5 / HANA powered apps, updated SAP BusinessObjects extensions, and brand new integrations with other third parties, you will see more ways to use CMaps Analytics in 2015 with one consistent design process and end-user experience.
