Using custom colors for icons results in black icons

Gmaps Plugin 1.1 requires 0x before the hexadecimal code (ex 0xFF33aa). GMaps Plugin v 2.0 and later supports a hexadecimal code, #+hexadecimal (ex: #FF33aa) code or 0x+hexadecimal code (ex:0xFF33aa)
