CMaps Analytics extensions are installed directly into SAP Lumira.
Step 1. Download an extension file to your local computer.

Step 2. Download an extension file to your local computer.
Upon downloading a zipfile from CMaps Analytics Designer or from your internal BI Administrator, you will get the extension file along with links to the install guide, learning page, and other materials.
Step 3. Inside of Lumira, open the Extension Manager
Step 4. Click Manual Installation
Step 5. Select the CMaps extension and press “Open”
All extensions start with the file name centigonsolutions.vz.ext.
Step 6. As instructed by SAP Lumira, close and re-open Lumira
Now your newly installed extension will appear under Chart Extensions
Step 7. Checking your Lumira Network Settings
SAP Lumira has a number of network settings that control how Lumira will connect to third party services. In the case of CMaps Analytics, it connects to CMaps Analytics JS API and Google Maps JS API for map tiles.
If you open a map and it shows up blank, there is a good chance your computer network settings are prohibiting access to SAP Lumira. Go to File>Preferences
Select Network
Try selecting Use System Proxy Settings
