In GMaps Plugin and Background Builder, there is a minor issue with un-binding dynamic visibility. Clicking the bind button and deleting the binding will unfortunately not restore the component to always be visible.
The workaround once you have bound dynamic visibility status to a cell, is to bind the key to the same exact cell. This will force the dynamic visibility condition to always be TRUE, thus ensuring your component is always visible.
