Our new customer portal 2.0 centralizes anything and everything you need to access and master our solutions, engage our team, and soon other users. Now, you will have one login to access everything Centigon Solutions produces.

All customers get an additional tab exposing license and downloads, access to manage new online purchases and subscriptions from Jan 2015 and beyond, and other specific CMaps Analytics functions (only for CMaps Plugin customers).

Get Support Anytime, Anywhere

We have enlisted a new technology, UserVoice, to help carry forward customer support and scale our own support and engagement team. Now, you can submit questions from any of our pages or cloud products. Rather than slowing customers down with legacy ticket creation we want to increase the dialogue with customers and expose our internal knowledge base in the process. For existing customers, asking a question will generate a trackable ticket that you can view once logged into the customer portal.

Embedded Knowledge

The next generation of software we are building at Centigon Solutions like CMaps Analytics Designer, injects cmapsconnect.com content directly and support directly inside of our products. From embedded templates, tutorials, and soon guided wizards, we want to eliminate traditional barriers for learning and benefiting from Location Intelligence. Moving forward you will benefit from real-time collective knowledge of our ecosystem and resources to succeed as you work with our solutions.
